I would like to speak to someone at sometime of the day. I order on Dec 12th. I have not gotten my order yet. Its Dec 29th now i haven't been able to contact an have not received my order yet.
ReplyDeleteGoing through the same issue. I ordered my case on Dec. 7th. They havent answered my emails nor calls. My sons christmas present had to be put on hold because of them. What really ticks me off is that i ordered two more cases on Dec. 11th and they were shipped out on the 13th and arrived right before Christmas.

ReplyDeleteI have been emailing back and forth to caseable. I received multiple different answers. I also ordered mine from QVC and got a free code. The people at caseable seem to think that because it's a free code and there were so many free codes that is why they are so far behind and placing their orders for customers. Several Representatives told me 7 to 10 days then it went to 10 to 15 days. Today it's been a full 16 full business days from Germany and they're still telling me it will take 15 business days. The rep today said my case was still in production but the rep from 2 days ago said that my case was in fact on its way and they didn't have a tracking number. I know full well having dealt with Worldwide tracking that a tracking number should be available
ReplyDeleteI have been trying to get an issue resolved as far as my missing caseable covers for my path that I ordered from you guys. I have called several times left several messages and no one has even thought to reach out to me and tell me what's going on. I have been trying to contact you guys since February of this year someone needs to get back in touch with me. I paid my money for these pads and I was supposed to get my cases and my voucher has expired April 30th I would appreciate some type of response
